I really started watching anime November 2011. Since then I've seen great shows and horrible shows. My goal is to take a strong, objective look at anime in order to give it the attention and publicity that this remarkable medium of entertainment deserves.

A junior-level linguistics major who's been a regular anime viewer since 2001, I recently became sick to death of writing analyses of English composition pedagogy, and decided to devote a greater share of time to writing about anime. I believe in the importance of carefully considering whatever I write about, rather than, and sometimes at the expense of, trying to appeal to a wide audience.
